Mor Sangwari Sewa

The State government of Chhattisgarh is committed to deliver all government services to its citizens through the “घर पहुँच सरकारी सेवा” mechanism as part of the scheme, “Mor Sangwari”   Mor Sangwari aims to make public service delivery system equally accessible to all citizens,

enhancing accountability, transparency, responsiveness, and inclusiveness. The primary objectives of Mor Sangwari are:

  • No Visit to Government Offices: Eliminates the need for physical visits to government offices. Mor Sangwari agents offers doorstep service to citizens, making it easier for citizens to access the services they need.
  • Hassle-Free Experience: To provide a streamlined and user-friendly service delivery channel that minimizes obstacles and increases participation.
  • Single Platform for Citizen Services: A unified platform where citizens can access a wide range of essential government services.
  • Timely Service Delivery (SLA Operated): Services are delivered within a specified timeframe, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure promptness.
  • Direct access: Direct access to services to citizens without the need for intermediaries, ensuring transparency and reducing additional layers of administration.
  • Single Platform for Information: Access to information through multiple channels, including call centers, mobile apps, web portal and chatbots, where citizens can easily access information about government services and how to utilize them effectively with transparent applicable fees for each service.

Traditionally, citizens have had to visit multiple locations, such as blocks, municipal corporations, tehsils, government offices, and other departments, to access government services.

However, through Mor Sangwari, the Chhattisgarh State Government aims to transform this process by introducing a more convenient and efficient way for citizens to obtain the necessary government services and certificates at their doorstep. This initiative seeks to reduce the need for physical visits and streamline and standardize the entire process across urban local bodies, making it more accessible and citizen friendly   Seamless 4-Step Guide to Accessing Mor Sangwari Services
  1. Citizens can effortlessly book appointments from the comfort of their homes by calling the Mor         Sangwari call center at the toll-free number 14545. This service allows them to choose their           preferred date and time for the appointment, eliminating the need to visit a government office. Thus, saving both time and effort.
  2. Mor Sangwari focuses on the collection of the required documents for the applied services from    the home of the citizens through a nominated individual “Sangwari Agent” who shall be collecting  the  required documents & departmental fees through various modes of payments.
  3. After collection of documents from citizen’s doorstep, Sangwari Agent is responsible for                  submitting  the application to the appropriate department and managing any objections raised by  the   concerned department. The agent ensures that all issues are addressed  promptly       facilitating  a  smooth and efficient process for the citizen.
  4. Once the certificate is approved & issued by the department, same shall be delivered at the            citizens door-step by the Sangwari Agent in a sealed envelope
Through Mor Sangwari, the state government is overhauling the way G2C services are being delivered and is making the overall experience of the citizens more lucid, without any requirement of travelling to government offices   Currently the Mor Sangwari has been launched in
